About

Celiac Disease makes life difficult. Having been diagnosed for 20+ years with Celiac and living on the Gluten Free Diet for just as long, I can tell you from experience things are getting better for the diet-challenged. There are actually restaurants out there that can feed us something other than a piece of grilled chicken and steam vegetables!

I’m hoping to use this blog as a resource for people in the Greater Philadelphia area (expanding to both South Jersey and Northern Delaware)  to find Gluten Free restaurants. I’m on a continuous search for more restaurants to eat at, and I know I can’t be the only one. As I try new restaurants I’ll write up reviews about them and share my experiences. Hopefully other Celiacs or people with Gluten/Wheat allergies will stumble across my blog and be able to share some of their experiences and favorite restaurants.
