Hello world indeed! This is the first post of hopefully many that will allow me to share my gluten free restaurant experiences with the world (and hopefully the world with me). Most of the experiences will be centered in the Greater Philadelphia area, expanding to South Jersey and Delaware. If I take a trip or two, I’ll write about the occasional trip of course, but the majority will be centered around my home base.
