She said the current chef was somewhat familiar and she would let him know. I was told that I could not have the pear salad with walnuts and blue cheese (no surprise there), but was not presented with any alternatives as to what I could eat. I asked for the arugula salad wtih a piece of grilled chicken on it. I was assured that the chicken was not dusted in flour. So far so good, no neagtive reactions, but just FYI, I wouldn't recommend this as a gluten friendly restaurant, since the previous chef is no longer there. It wouldn't be so bad just with the gluten because there is alot of stuff he can eat....but now since he is extremely allergic to soy.....alot of gluten free stuff has soy in it.
