Bliss update - my friend took me to Bliss for lunch for my birthday last week since we had both read that they were gluten friendly - but when we arrived and asked our waitress she looked incredibly uncomfortable and informed us that the previous chef was very familiar with gluten free. She said the current chef was somewhat familiar and she would let him know. I was told that I could not have the pear salad with walnuts and blue cheese (no surprise there), but was not presented with any alternatives as to what I could eat. I asked for the arugula salad wtih a piece of grilled chicken on it. I was assured that the chicken was not dusted in flour. So far so good, no neagtive reactions, but just FYI, I wouldn't recommend this as a gluten friendly restaurant, since the previous chef is no longer there.

My husband has just found out he is allergic to: gluten, wheat, soy, egg, corn, chicken and b. yeast. It wouldn't be so bad just with the gluten because there is alot of stuff he can eat....but now since he is extremely allergic to soy.....alot of gluten free stuff has soy in it. Do you know of any resturants that have a menu that is also soy free.

Thanks

From the other write ups we read, we decided to try Jules pizza. Our gluten free pizza was delicous! The staff were freindly. The service was excellent! Jules was very clean.

We ordered two take home gluten free pizza doughs with our pizza order; which were delivered to our table just as we had our last two bites. they also provided directions for our pizza.

I do highly recomend Jules to everyone, espically those who have celiac disease.

do you have a web site or a news letter?
I'd love to be able to find when you post new info.
I think i've seen your posts somewhere.
I live in Media PA so not far from Philly and usually don't go into the city often

Hello John,

I live near Pittsburgh Pa & have had your gf pizza. I never ate thin crust pizza much before going gf but I loved your pizza. Now, I see where you have dough to sell..
We have a national chain that is looking for a bakery or person to supply on a national level gf pizza shells. Would you be interested in this venture? If you could get back to me I can fill you in more. Please let me know asap if you think this is something you may be able to do.... also can you do a thick crust too?

thanks
